Your satisfaction is extremely important to us at Living Lighting Beaches. Our customer satisfaction policy is designed to provide you with a positive experience every time you visit.Peripheral services
- Installation referrals: If you require help installing your fixture we can refer trusted electricians to aid you.
- Free local delivery: Contact us for details.
- Free initial in-home consultation: Additional visits may incur charges which are fully refundable on related purchases.
- Two-day approval period on in-stock merchandise: Customers are invited to take home merchandise at no-charge for a 48 hour period;
- Simply leave an acceptable security deposit or credit card imprint which we hold until you decide to proceed with the purchase or return the merchandise.
- Repairs: We repair most lamps and lighting fixtures - contact us for details.
- Price match guarantee*: We will match or beat any legitimately advertised price or will issue a refund for the price difference on merchandise purchased within the previous 10 days.
- Returns: In-stock merchandise returned with a valid receipt, in original purchase condition and packaging, qualifies for a full refund within 10 days of purchase, and an exchange, or store credit, within 30 days of purchase**.
- If the initial order consists of two or more items and the regular price of all items totals $1500 (pre-tax) you will be entitled to a 15% discount off of the regular price.
- If the initial order consists of two or more items and the regular price of all items totals $2,000 (pre-tax) you will be entitled to a 20% discount off of the regular price, and any subsequent purchases over the next 12 months qualify for a 15% discount from the regular price.
- Eligible refunds on the opening order may be limited to exchanges or store credits to maintain the $1500 minimum requirement.
**Special orders are only returnable with prior arrangement, and must be returned to the Living Lighting Beaches location. Deposits on cancelled special orders are fully refundable, unless the merchandise has been shipped by the manufacturer, in which case, the cost involved in returning the goods to the manufacturer will be deducted from the refund.
